These terms describe the current YogaMiga service. The account plan page identifies test or live checkout before you enter payment details.
Operator and eligibility
YogaMiga is operated by AGENTIX SOCVC., UIC / EIK 208699974, 60A San Stefano Blvd., Floor 3, Apt. 11, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria. Account practice is for adults aged 18 or older. Use your own email account and keep sign-in codes private.

The service includes email-code accounts, an illustrated pose library, practice planning and editing, optional camera recognition, spoken and written cues, results, a calendar and weekly, monthly and yearly wraps from your actual history. Some browser-dependent features need permission or device support.
Practice content and your choices
Current sequences, illustrations and pose-matching rules are previews awaiting instructor review. They are general movement guides, not medical advice or instructor-approved technique assessment. Review supports and movement preferences, choose a comfortable range, and pause or stop whenever needed. Camera recognition does not establish that an exercise is safe for you.
Saved data and availability
Actual practice progress saves automatically and may wait on your device for the connection to return. Paused time, preparation and zero-time starts do not count as active minutes. A confirmed account save can be seen on another signed-in device. Browser storage restrictions, connection failures or deleting unsent device data can affect recovery. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Prices and future purchases
Your plan page shows available prices, billing intervals and payment mode. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until canceled. Annual prices are charged upfront. Test checkout uses simulated payments and never charges real money. Final payable amounts are shown by Stripe before confirmation.

Respect other people’s accounts and rights. Do not interfere with the service, misuse credentials, upload unlawful content or present YogaMiga artwork as your own. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Respectful use ↗Account closure and questions
You can export data, clear practice information, sign out or request permanent account deletion in Settings. A recent sign-in is required for deletion. Contact us for a problem or complaint; include the relevant page or request reference, but never an email code.
