Email-code sign-in uses Supabase. Your account can contain your email and account ID, name, avatar choice, timezone, goals, experience, available supports, settings, saved poses, practice drafts, collections and calendar. Practice results contain actual active time, pose steps, completion status and any optional check-out answers you provide. Support requests contain your message, topic and account reference.
Why this information is used
Account access, your saved space, practice planning and results are used to provide the service you request. Service security, error handling and account support also serve our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. Legal requests may require records under applicable law. Optional comfort choices are stored in your account only with your explicit permission; you may withdraw it in Profile → Your supports.
Comfort choices are optional
Movement preferences can reveal sensitive information. You do not have to provide a diagnosis, medical history, body measurements or camera recording. With Remember comfort choices off, these flags and the check-in note are removed from account practice snapshots. A temporary draft on your own device can still keep the choices needed to restore an interrupted lesson. Avoid sensitive details in optional notes or support messages.
Camera and voice
Camera frames and detected body landmarks are processed in this browser, without recording or video upload. They are not used to identify you. Self-hosted voice recordings provide the additional named voices. Optional Google voices are supplied by your browser and may use Google’s voice service under its own privacy terms. Voice never requires microphone access.

Supabase provides account authentication and database services. Website hosting and delivery providers serve the application and assets. Gmail handles messages you send to our support address. We do not sell personal data or load advertising trackers. Stripe handles the separate, optional test checkout. If you choose it, your account identifier and email link your test billing record; Stripe stores the simulated checkout and subscription information. No real payment is collected. Contact us about access to or deletion of external test billing records. Provider infrastructure may operate outside your country; contact us for current processing locations, transfer arrangements and provider details.

Account information is kept while your account needs it. You can clear practice data or delete your account using Settings → Data & account. Confirmed deletion removes the requested data from active account records; providers may retain restricted backups or security records under their applicable settings and legal requirements. Support correspondence and records needed for a dispute or legal obligation may be retained for that purpose. Contact us for the retention details that apply to a particular record.

Depending on the data and lawful basis, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your competent local supervisory authority.
