Use an email address you control. Do not share sign-in codes, access another person’s account, impersonate someone or publish another person’s private information.
Respect the service
Do not disrupt availability, bypass access controls, misuse automated requests or upload illegal or infringing material. Report a technical or security problem to the operator rather than testing another person’s data.

Use stable, nonslip supports and clear space. Follow the chosen setup, anatomical side and written instructions. Stop if movement is uncomfortable. Camera recognition and preview artwork do not replace an instructor or professional advice suited to your situation.
